First Choice Remedial Therapy is a humble clinic located in the heart of the Hills District.
We specialise in both in-patient and out-patient services at the Hills Private Hospital as well as NDIS work.Â
We offer both Remedial and Sports massage, as well as cupping therapy.Â
Lastly, we aim to provide quality care to all of our clients with individually tailored treatments.

KAYLA WILDE
Director and Head Massage Therapist
Qualified Remedial Massage Therapist since February 2017, where she studied at Australian Institute of Fitness. Since finishing she has opened First Choice Remedial Therapy. Kayla is passionate about helping her clients achieve the best results for pain management and injury rehabilitation, thus providing a better quality of life.
Kayla has worked among elite athletes, including NRL teams: Melbourne Storm, Rabbitohs, Parramatta Eels and Titans, as well as AFL team GWS Giants.
Kayla has also completed a degree in health science (sport & exercise science) which compliments the Diploma of Remedial Massage well, expanding the knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
Manfred Rong
Remedial Massage Therapist
Manfred is a fully qualified remedial massage therapist here to provide client-centric treatment. As a recent graduate, he has one years' worth of real-world experience with a professional sports team and an aged care facility. This has gifted him with the ability to provide flexible treatment and ensure you get the best care possible. Currently, his skillset allows him to seamlessly work with all patients utilising Muscle Energy Technique, proprioneuroceptive facilitation, trigger pointing and myofascial release therapy. Manfred is passionate about constantly upskilling and improve his patient's treatment outcomes.
Manfred is also currently doing his bachelor's degree in Health Science.

Wednesday: 10am - 7pm
Thursday: 11:30am - 7pm
Friday: 9am - 6pm
Saturday: 8am - 4:30pm
